Common Returns Questions
What is your return policy?
We offer "Free Returns" on any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. You may initiate your return through our portal above and a prepaid shipping return label will be issued. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hangtag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Additionally please send back the products with a printed copy of your order receipt or packing slip.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you would like to exchange an item(s), you will need to submit a return and create a separate order online for the item(s) you'd like instead. Once the return is received and processing is complete (typically takes 3-5 business days) a refund will be given to the original form of payment.
What items are non-returnable?
Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. If a sale item is non-returnable, the shopping cart will display a message that identifies certain products as “final sale items”.
What if I received the wrong product, or my order arrived damaged?

Do you offer free returns?
Yes! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is delivered, inspected, and approved we will send you an email that the refund has been processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.
