Mail Back Original

Use the USPS return shipping label to send the original gift(s) back to us (free of charge).

Store Credit

Once the bag is delivered back to our facility and processing is complete (typically takes 5 business days) a store credit code will be issued to the email address used for the gift return.

Common Questions

What information will I need to proceed?

The gift recipient is asked to verify the order number (in the enclosed packaging) and delivery address zip code. You are then presented with a screen where the gifted items are displayed and you’re asked to provide the reason for return. After return confirmation you will receive a USPS pre-paid shipping return label.

Will the gift giver know that it has been exchanged?

The gift purchaser does not receive any notifications around this process whatsoever, as long as their email address is not entered in the "Email" section of the Gift Exchange. The gift purchaser will only know about the exchange if the gift recipient volunteers to tell them.

When will I receive my store credit?

Store credit is issued once the bag is delivered back to our facility and processing is complete (typically takes 5 business days). We will send the store credit code to the email address entered during the gift exchange process.

What other options do I have?

If you do not wish to receive a store credit code we can refund the original purchaser's form of payment. You will need to go through the regular returns portal and not the gift portal in order to do this. Please NOTE: when submitting the return you may need to update the email address in order to receive the USPS pre-paid shipping return label.

How much time do I get to return the items?

It is best if you mail them back as soon as possible, but you have about 10 days to drop those return items in the mail so that they are received in time.
